Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ratnaker Bhengra:- Born on 5.10.1962. Did schooling from Mount Hermon School, Darjeeling. Graduated in Geography from Kirori Mal College and did his LL.B. from Delhi University. Did M. Phill from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, in Public International Law. Joined the legal profession in 1988. Started practice at Tis Hazari Court in Delhi. Subsequently, from 1992 practised in Ranchi Bench of Patna High Court. Served as a Govt. Pleader and dealt with matters concerning service disputes. Also empanelled as Railway Advocate for cases in the Central Administrative Tribunal and Railway Claims Tribunal. Also represented Jharkhand Public Service Commission in High Court.
Superannuated on 4th of October 2024.
