Born on 2nd September, 1953 and is the S/O Late Dhirendra Nath Sen. Passed his Indian School Examination then conducted by the University of Cambridge, Local examination Syndicate, U.K. from St.Xavier's School, Hazaribag secured first Division in the year 1970. Did graduation fromSt.Columba's College, Hazaribag in year 1974. Passed his LL.B.Examination from Chotanagpur Law College, Ranchi in the year 1979. Joined Ranchi Bench of Patna High Court in 1980 and have handled Writ matters, Criminal cases, Civil cases, Arbitration Matrimonial cases, Labour cases. Was appointed Government Pleader, but did not join for personal reasons. 1. For Ranchi Bench on 25.07.1997. Was also retained Counsel for F.C.I., H.F.C.I.,P.D.I.L., B.S.T.R.D.C, B.S.M.D.C., R.R.D.A., Engineering Projects(India) Ltd., TISCO, DVC, B.S.E.B, J.S.E.B., ALBICSA. Was elevated as a Judge of Jharkhand High Court on 28.01.2002
